Camper Application For Groups
If your group is interested in attending Camp Prime Time during the 2026 camping season, please complete this form and submit it by Mar 16th 2026. You will need to provide the current name of the group and any previous group names, two contact names (group leaders) with mailing addresses, phone numbers and email addresses. Groups that did not attend camp the previous year will be given first priority.
Choose the session dates that will work best for your entire group. Weekend sessions begin on Friday at 4pm and end on Sunday at Noon. Mid-week sessions begin on Tuesday at 4pm and end on Thursday at Noon.
If your group is approved to attend camp this year, the group leaders will be responsible for ensuring their families register at least 30 days prior to the approved camping weekend. Group leaders will also be responsible for securing a $25 refundable deposit from each family to hold their reservation. At least four (4) weeks before the assigned session, every family member 13 years of age and older should have their background check consent form filled out and emailed/mailed in to the Camp Prime Time office. The group leaders will also assign families to cabins, and hold a wait list with a minimum of 3 families in the event a confirmed family cancels.
