Camper Application For Groups

  • If your group is interested in attending Camp Prime Time during the 2024 camping season, please complete this form, sign and return it by Mar 15th 2024. – Please keep a copy of this application for your files. Group leaders will be responsible for ensuring their families register with Camp Prime Time at least 30 days prior to their approved camping weekend. Group leaders will also be responsible for collecting a $25.00 deposit from each family to hold their reservation. The $25.00 deposit will be deposited when Prime Time receives them. Each camper has the opportunity to have these funds refunded after their weekend at camp.
  • The group leader will assign families to cabins, and hold a wait list with a minimum of three families in the event a confirmed family cancels.
  • Each group will be to provide the name of the group, two contact names, addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
  • Please advise families that all family members must be registered with complete, accurate information.

Preferred Sessions

Please indicate your choice of three (3) preferred dates for Camp Sessions.

This year: First priority will go to groups with illnesses that impact life expectancy; Second to new groups, and then groups who did not attend last year.

(We will try to accommodate your requests, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee any of your preferred dates.)
