Camper Application For Families

Application works best with Chrome browser.

  • Families are required to provide detailed contact information including addresses, including birthdates, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses for each member. We perform background checks on all family members 13 or older.
  • Prime Time requires a $25.00 deposit from each family - prior to attendance at camp. Payments are deposited as Prime Time receives them. Each camper family has the opportunity to have these funds refunded after their stay at camp. This deposit is required when it’s been confirmed you have a space at camp. Registration Deadline: April 1, 2023
  • Sessions begin on Fridays and Tuesdays and run through the fourth of October. Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee placement in an upcoming session. Receipt of this completed application will put you on the waiting list in case of cancellations or unfilled cabins. Families are accommodated on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Individual families that did not attend camp the previous year will be given first priority.

If you are interested in attending Camp Prime Time during the 2023 camping season, please submit this form as soon as possible. You will be able to print a copy for your files.

Additional Information

Thank you for completing the Family Application! You should receive an e-mail confirming this registration.

Our sessions are pre-scheduled with camper groups. Often they do not use all of the cabins. When this happens, we invite individual families such as yours to come to camp. Typically we are given little notice, but we will contact you as soon as something becomes available. We require a $25 deposit from each family before attending camp. Deposits are fully refundable at end of camp. You will have the opportunity to be reimbursed in full or consider donating the funds to camp.

There can be no pets at Camp, only certified service animals are allowed. Service animals must be wearing their working attire/vests at camp. We understand pets are an important part of a family. However, we serve families with varying health concerns, and children have allergies to pet dander, which can linger in the cabins.

Please note, completion of this application does not guarantee your family a spot in our upcoming camping season. This application will be valid for the current camping season. Individual families will be called upon to fill empty cabins due to cancellations or if a camping group cannot fill the camp.
